I’m sooooo behind on this guys, it’s not even funny. Can you tell when I do my visiting teaching? We’ll better late than never, right?! This months visiting teaching message continues with the divine attributes of Jesus Christ and focuses specifically on meekness and humility. You can read the full message here. It is really short and really good. Seriously, go read it. I promise you won’t regret it. One of the things that stuck out to me the most, is the scripture in Luke that says, “Not my will, but thine, be done.” (Luke 22:42) This is something I sometimes struggle with. I’m gonna take a the liberty of assuming that most people struggle with this. In an age where everything is instant, it can be frustrating when things don’t go our way and at the exact time we want them to. But the Lord has promised that when we keep his commandments and follow him, he will bless us.
So, for this months handout, I decided to share that scripture and a quote that goes along with it. I hope you like it and that the sisters you visit like it, too!
Remember, sharing is caring. And I would love for others to be able to use this handout. So, if you love this, please share on Facebook or Pinterest. If you are interested in seeing my other free visiting teaching handouts (and other free printables) click here.
Happy visiting teaching,
